The Gold, Silver, and Black Coin-Holder Dinner is an exclusive event held by John Resign preceding the annual Chive Charities Green Gala. It is a night of good food, good drinks, and good times, and it's all on us as a token (get it?) of our appreciation for being a member of our rare coin-holders.
Who Can Attend?
Anyone that holds a 1 or 1/10th oz Gold or 1oz Silver Chive Rare Coin OR Anyone that holds a Black BFM Challenge Coin. These coins must have been purchased before 6/24/2021. Any coin purchased after this date, that meets the above conditions, will be eligible for the 2022 Coin-Holder Dinner.
When will it be held?
The date for this year's dinner will be Thursday, November 4th, 2021.
How can I attend?
We are currently collecting head-count for the dinner and more official "reservations" will be sent out soon. If you hold one of these coins, you should receive an email to take part in the head-count survey.
That being said, all you need is your coin for admission.
Can I bring a plus one?
As the condition to entry is holding a coin, a plus one can only be brought if they hold a coin. If you would like to bring 10 people, they will each need their own coin. Although highly uncommon, we must address that coin passing will result in a ban from all future coin-holder events.
Where will it take place?
While capacity is a moving target with more venues adjusting to reopening to the public, the dinner will be held in downtown Austin, Texas. Once more information is available and head-counts are completed, we will send time and location.
Can I attend the Green Gala?
If you are looking to turn your Coin Dinner trip into a full-blown Chive weekend, the best way to do so is by attending the Green Gala. Not only will you get to attend the Coin Dinner, but you will also get to spend the rest of the weekend with like-minded Chivers dedicated to making the world 10% happier and your weekend 100% more awesome.
To qualify for Green Gala Attendance, you must be at least a Green-Level Donor. For more information on how to donate - check out the Chive Charities Donation Page here.
