Instant Credit

For our customers in the United States, while we're waiting for you to send back your return items, you get the option of using an Instant Store Credit!

An Instant Store Credit allows you: 

• to purchase a different size, color or style right away on TheChivery.com using your refund amount due for the same amount that you paid for your original item. *PLEASE NOTE: shipping costs are not included in this credit* 

How it works: 

• at the same time you receive your return label, you will receive an instant credit voucher code for the same amount of the item you are returning. 
• you must use your code within 3 days after receiving it. After that it will default to a normal refund. 

PLEASE NOTE: Once this occurs, support staff cannot change or reverse it. The customer alone is responsible for claiming their instant credit. 

What else to know: 

• Purchases exceeding the Instant Store Credit amount are paid for through The Chivery’s normal check-out methods.
• Remaining Instant Store Credit that goes unused will be refunded back to your payment method within 3 days of delivery of your returned item(s). Keep in mind it may take an additional 1 to 3 business days for your refund to show on the original payment method.

International customers are not eligible to receive an Instant Store Credit at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.
