Return and Exchange Window
All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 45 days after receiving the item. We do not accept returns and exchanges after this date, no exceptions.
Items eligible for Returns/exchanges
- damaged or defective garments or items (ripped, torn, print issue)
- Wrong size or items received
- Item doesn’t fit or wasn’t as expected
Items non eligible for returns/exchanges
- Items that have been washed
- Items that have been delivered for over 45 days
- Rare coins and gold bars
- Wall art
- Women’s undergarments
- Chive boxes
