Why will my discount code not work?

Sometimes a discount cannot be applied. This happens for a number of reasons.

• Only one discount code can be applied per order.  Loyalty Points and discount codes cannot  be combined. 
• Use your web browser to access TheChivery.com  as certain discounts will not apply on our mobile app.
• The product you are purchasing is already on sale
• Your order contains a product ineligible for discount (see below). 
• Coupon and discount sites will often give expired or inaccurate discounts. Only use discounts provided from theCHIVERY. 
• Make sure your discount code is still active, as well. They usually have an expiration date. Please note: Discount codes will not be honored after expiration. No exceptions. 

SOME PRODUCTS ARE INELIGIBLE FOR DISCOUNT:

• RARE METALS AND RARE METAL ACCESSORIES: GOLD BARS, COINS, CHALLENGE COINS, DISPLAY CASES
• MYSTERY ITEMS
• PRODUCTS THAT ARE ALREADY ON SALE
