Please note: International Customers are NOT eligible for FREE SHIPPING on orders over $75. This service is for domestic customers only. 

Canadian Shipping Services:

• Canadian Trackable - typically 10-14 business days after fulfillment*, trackable, final delivery is via a handoff to the local post office 

International (Outside US and Canada) Shipping Services:

• International Standard - typically 10-14 business days after fulfillment*, trackable, DHL Globalmail, but final delivery is via a handoff to the local post office

Please also note that shipping rates do not include customs fees that can possibly be required by your country's carrier to deliver your packages. These fees are assessed by your local government, and are separately payable to the it's customs office. The Chivery is not responsible for duties and taxes required to import goods.
