- If you signed up for a monthly or annual membership via the app on iOS or Google Play, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO UPGRADE UNTIL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION THROUGH THE APP EXPIRES.
Why: subscriptions made through third-party apps cannot be controlled or manipulated by the chive. We recommend cancelling the subscription in your app and waiting for it to expire on its next renewal date and then purchasing. Help@thechivery.com will provide the same information.
If you still want to get the lifetime membership now, you will have to create an entirely new account to subscribe with a new email. Agents at help@thechivery.com cannot create these subscriptions for you.
