If your tracking link is not working, try heading straight to the carrier's tracking page to enter the digits. If you are still not getting tracking information to appear, please contact us so that we can follow up with the carrier to see where your package could be.
Please note that your order number is not your tracking number. Be sure that you are referencing the number provided to you in your shipping confirmation email.
Also, please note that unless FedEx is selected, most final deliveries will come via your local post office. The DHL shipping method we use hands off your package to the local post office for final delivery. To track the package after it has been handed off, please use your local post office shipment tracking website. If tracking is not working for you using the tracking link in the delivery confirmation email, please try searching using the links provided below:
