Tracking may take several days to update due to backlog.
If your tracking does not work within 2 weeks, follow these steps:
1.) Head directly to the carrier's tracking page to enter your tracking number.
2.) If you are still not getting tracking information to appear, contact the carrier.
3.) If the carrier cannot help, contact help@thechivery.com and we will do our best to assist. Be ready to provide your order number.
Please note that your order number is not your tracking number. Be sure that you are referencing the number provided to you in your shipping confirmation email.
DHL TRACKING
Unless your carrier is FedEX, your final delivery will come via your post office.
- DHL hands off your package to the local post office for final delivery. To track the package after it has been handed off, please use your local post office shipment tracking website. If tracking is not working for you using the tracking link in the delivery confirmation email, please try searching using the links provided below:
