• View point balance by going to the “My Account” tab

Why are there two totals on my Account?

There are two Chive point totals we share with you.

• TOTAL POINTS
  -found at the top of the Chivery page when you sign in
  -reflect all of the points you have earned in our loyalty program, not point available to use for discounts.
• AVAILABLE POINTS
  -can be found in the "My Account" section under "Your Account Dashboard” in the upper left corner of the page
  -redeemable for discounts

My point balance went down

Your point balance will go down if:

• you or someone you referred cancelled a purchase
• you or someone you referred returned a purchase
