To cancel your subscription please reach out to our Customer Service Team. You have until the 7th day of the month prior to cancel your current month to month Chive Box subscription. If you cancel after the 7th day, you will still receive your Chive Box for next month, and your subscription will cease in the following month. Example: If you reach out to cancel your subscription on June 25th, you will still get the July Box and the August box would be cancelled.
6 or 12-Month recurring subscriptions can not cancel after the first month. Once the first CHIVE Box ships out, the 6 and 12 month subscriptions cannot be cancelled. We’re able to opt you out of auto-renewal at any time.
