International Tracking

Please note that your order number is not your tracking number. Be sure that you are referencing the tracking number provided to you in your Shipping Confirmation email.

Both our Canadian Trackable and International Standard shipping rates are now trackable. Please note that your order will ship via DHL out of the US but will arrive via the local post office. DHL hands your package off to the local post to get it to you, so make sure if your package shows "delivered" but has not arrived to contact your local post for more information.
